RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our pieces, returns are accepted under strict conditions.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
Item must be unused
No signs of wear, scratches, stains, or scent
Original packaging must be intact
All tags and protective elements must remain attached
Return must be pre-approved
Returns that do not meet these standards will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

All returns must be requested through our return portal.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with our policy.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM PIECES

All made-to-order, personalized, or customized pieces are final sale.
No returns.
No exchanges.
No refunds.

4. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are fully responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Insurance of the parcel
Any loss or damage during return transit
ATELIER 212 is not responsible for lost return shipments.
We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping.

6. RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
This reflects:
Inspection
Quality control
Reconditioning
Repackaging
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and approved:
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 7–10 business days
Original shipping costs are not refunded
If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, refund may be reduced or denied.

8. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable:
Store credit will be issued
We do not hold stock pending return arrival.

9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of product and packaging
Include order number
Failure to notify within 48 hours may result in claim refusal.

10. STORE CREDIT

Store credit:
Is valid for 12 months
Is non-transferable
Cannot be redeemed for cash

11. RIGHT TO REFUSE

ATELIER 212 reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers exhibiting repeated abusive return behavior.
