We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

2. Pre-Orders

Payment for pre-orders is processed at checkout.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided but remain approximate.
Pre-orders allow us to produce in limited batches.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in USD.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates.
For international orders, all duties and import fees are included at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

5. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Bespoke or customized pieces may not be eligible for return.

6. Product Use & Safety

ATELIER 212 accessories are designed for daily use but are not indestructible.
Customers are responsible for:
Proper sizing
Supervision
Regular inspection
We are not liable for misuse or failure to supervise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to a purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida on an individual basis only.
